We are seeking a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team in the Lake Mary area. This part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about cooking who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.

Schedule

Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation within the kitchen

• Assist with food prep and support the team during high-volume service periods

• Ensure all food is handled and stored following safety regulations

• Collaborate effectively with the culinary team to maintain smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a commercial kitchen

• Strong working knowledge of basic cooking techniques (sauté, grill, prep, etc.)

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Strong communication skills
