We are seeking a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team in the Lake Mary area. This part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about cooking who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.
Schedule
Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation within the kitchen
Assist with food prep and support the team during high-volume service periods
Ensure all food is handled and stored following safety regulations
Collaborate effectively with the culinary team to maintain smooth operations
Requirements
Previous experience as a line cook or in a commercial kitchen
Strong working knowledge of basic cooking techniques (sauté, grill, prep, etc.)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills
