HVAC Install Helper

Job Description

Looking to trade up to a better opportunity? B&B is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC install team in Lansing, MI.

Compensation

$20.00–$25.00/hour (base uncapped commission)

What You’ll Do

• Install HVAC equipment in accordance with safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre-measure job sites to ensure proper installation preparation
• Properly connect and test equipment

What You’ll Bring

• 6 months of HVAC helper experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• HVAC degree or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license
