Job Coach, Supported Employment B&B Care, Inc. | Warner Robins, GA | $18.00 | Full-Time Service Area: Houston County, Peach County, with occasional travel to surrounding areas.

This is community-based work. You will spend your days alongside the people we support at job sites across Houston & Peach counties, and surrounding communities, helping them build confidence, master their roles, and succeed long-term with employers who value them.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Help individuals identify their strengths and career goals.
- Coach them through job tasks on-site until they can perform independently.
- Build relationships with local employers and help solve workplace challenges as they come up.
- Align all services and supports to each individual's Individualized Employment Support Plan (IESP).
- Document services accurately and on time using IDD Connects and other required systems.
- Show up, follow through, and be the kind of support that changes someone's trajectory.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, whether paid, volunteer, or personal.
- Reliable transportation, valid Georgia driver's license, and current vehicle liability insurance.
- Ability to pass background checks through DBHDD and GVRA.
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain prior to start date.
- Self-motivated, organized, and genuinely invested in other people's success.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a community setting.
SCHEDULE
Flexible, community-based. Hours vary based on the needs of the people you support. Some evenings and weekends required.
WHY THIS ROLE
This position is the entry point into our Supported Employment career track. Job Coaches who meet experience requirements and obtain ACRE certification are eligible to advance to Employment Specialist. We invest in staff who invest in the work.
COMPENSATION
Starting rate of $18.00 with potential for advancement.
