Duties
- Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring all vehicles are cleaned to high standards with attention to detail.
- Lead and motivate team members in performing car washing, detailing, buffing, window tinting, and custodial tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by enforcing janitorial and safety protocols throughout the facility.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, detailing products, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Train new staff on proper car wash techniques, safety procedures, and customer interaction protocols.
- Oversee vehicle flow within the facility to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times.
Experience
- Proven experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a fast-paced service environment preferred.
- Knowledge of buffing techniques, window tinting processes, and janitorial best practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operational needs.
- Experience with driving company vehicles or equipment used in vehicle maintenance is a plus.
