Job Summary
B&B Basement Repairs is seeking a hardworking and dependable Laborer to join our production team. This position works alongside an experienced crew to complete foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawlspace, and structural repair projects for homeowners throughout Northeast and Central Wisconsin.
We are looking for someone who shows up on time, takes direction well, works safely, and maintains a positive attitude with both coworkers and customers. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that offers the opportunity to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career. No previous experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist with foundation repair, waterproofing, and structural repair projects
- Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow directions from project foremen
- Communicate professionally with homeowners when on job sites
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and with quality workmanship
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to consistently lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Experience
Entry Level – No Experience Required
- Construction experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience operating construction equipment is a plus
