- DESCRIPTION**:Responsible for the cutting of sheet metal aluminum
specifications.
- EXPERIENCE**:
- Minimum two years operating a Flow Water Jet in an aerospace setting
- Ability to read blueprints and decipher drawings
- REQUIREMENTS**:
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
- Familiar with safety standards and PPE utilized in a manufacturing
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work overtime when
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Proficient in blue print reading
- Knowledge of hand tools and precision measuring tools, such as
- Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented
- RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Verify specific material call outs on traveler
- Load machine with work pieces
- Confirm profile, pilot holes and cut outs are to Customer drawing
- Verify accuracy of job/workmanship when performing job
- Maintain specifications by observing operations and replacing worn
- Perform waterjet material handling safety procedures
- Adhere to all quality assurance procedures and processes
- Maintain specifications by trouble shooting processes, detecting
- Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for all new
- Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Meet production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
