One recommendation
I would change the title from "Shipping and Receiving Clerk and Warehouse" to one of these:
- Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate (my top choice)
- Warehouse Associate - Shipping & Receiving
- Forklift Operator | Shipping & Receiving
- Warehouse Material Handler (Shipping & Receiving)
The current title sounds dated and administrative ("Clerk"), while most warehouse candidates search Indeed using terms like Warehouse Associate, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, or Shipping & Receiving. Using those keywords will improve search visibility and applicant volume without changing the job itself.
Here's the same style and format, while preserving the tangible responsibilities and qualifications.
