- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress
- Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards
- Active BCBA certification required
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism
