Job Summary
We are seeking a handful of Servers/Bartenders to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for individuals who take pride in providing top-tier table service while also crafting high-quality espresso beverages, mimosas, and other light brunch cocktails (no hard liquor service). Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of coffee and brunch culture. Pay is $8/hr tips (averaging $15-$17/hr)
Responsibilities
Server Duties:
- Deliver outstanding service to all guests in a warm and courteous manner
- Guide guests through the menu and offer thoughtful recommendations
- Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
- Monitor tables to ensure prompt and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized section at all times
- Handle payments and manage checks with accuracy
- Bus your own tables
Bartender & Espresso Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks (cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, etc.) to standard
- Operate professional espresso equipment and grinders with skill and consistency
- Create and serve mimosas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to management
Requirements
- 1 years experience in a full-service restaurant, or willingness to learn.
- Strong barista experience preferred
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- A genuine love for hospitality and guest interaction
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends
- Must have or be willing to obtain food handler and alcohol service certifications as required by local laws
