Position Overview
B&A Communications LLC is hiring a full-time Telecommunications Project Manager in Panama City, Florida. This person will help plan, schedule, and manage telecommunications cable projects from start to finish while working with crews, subcontractors, customers, and company leadership.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage telecommunications cable projects from start to finish.
· Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and job site needs.
· Communicate project updates with customers, field teams, and management.
· Review plans, permits, project documents, and job progress.
· Help keep projects on schedule, within budget, and completed safely.
· Maintain accurate project records, reports, photos, and closeout documentation.
Required Qualifications
· Experience managing telecommunications, cable, fiber optic, OSP, utility, or construction projects.
· Ability to read plans, maps, permits, and project documents.
· Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· Basic knowledge of construction safety and field operations.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Work Environment
This role includes both office work and visits to active job sites. Some schedule flexibility may be needed depending on project deadlines, weather, outages, or customer needs.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $65,000–$85,000, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance.
