Our company is currently seeking an individual for a Bookkeeper to join our team.
Duties:

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and process invoices for customers and vendors.
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Prepare and file taxes, including sales tax, employer taxes, and other required filings.
- Handle IFTA reporting and compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with auditing processes and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Manage vehicle and truck registrations.
- Oversee insurance renewals for vehicles, property, and business operations.
- Administer employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel files.
- MUST HAVE D.O.T. Experience, IFTA taxes, Registrations.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll processing and HR compliance.
- Experience with invoicing and financial reporting.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in accounting software - Quickbooks.
- 3 Years bookkeeping preferred.
Work Monday to Friday 8-hour shift.
