Company Description
B-17 Alliance Museum & Restoration is a non-profit 501(c)(3) association focused on preserving the legacy of the 16 million Americans who fought and served during World War II. Our goal is to restore the famous Gas Station Bomber to her original flying glory and construct an education facility that documents the personal stories of World War II heroes.
The B-17 Alliance Museum is located in Salem, OR. We are looking for an individual to be a part of a creative team to establish and perfect existing systems for recording customer and volunteer data. This is a broad organization with multiple levels of responciblity. The Executive Assistant must be flexible, a troubleshooter, adaptable to change and eager to be on time.
This is a part-time entry level position with a goal to be a full-time self-sustaining position.

Role Description
Assistant to the Executive Director. Office Manager.
Skills: Clerical skills, Computer knowledge, Outlook, Excel, and others. Data entry duties, administrative skills, office management of files and documentation, organized, self-motivated, and working closely with others. General office experience required.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Executive support skills, including office 365, scheduling, excell spread sheets and word documents.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Experience working with non-profit organizations is a bonus
