We’re a growing powersports dealership specializing in ATVs, side-by-sides, tractors, mowers, and more. We’re looking for someone who loves this industry, isn’t afraid to hustle, and wants to grow with us long-term.

Position Overview

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk sales job.

We’re looking for an all-around team player who can:

• Sell units and close deals
• Help wherever needed around the dealership
• Treat every customer like a long-term relationship, not a one-time sale

If you’re motivated by commission, enjoy talking to people, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Greet and engage walk-in customers, phone leads, and online inquiries
• Learn our product lineup (ATVs, side by sides, tractors, mowers, etc.) and match customers to the right unit
• Present pricing, features, and financing options clearly and honestly
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to close deals
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat/referral business

Dealership Support (All-Around Help)

• Help stage, move, and organize units on the lot and in the showroom
• Assist with taking photos and videos for website and social media
• Help with basic cleanup, tidying the showroom, and keeping units presentable
• Pitch in with deliveries, unloads, and other tasks as needed
• Support basic paperwork for deals (with training)

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience preferred (powersports, automotive, equipment, or similar), but we’re willing to train the right person
• Comfort talking to customers in person, on the phone, and via text
• Self-motivated, competitive, and money-driven – you like commission
• Willing to help with “whatever needs done,” not just sales
• Reliable, on time, and able to work weekends/peak days
• Valid driver’s license (ability to operate ATVs/side-by-sides/tractors a plus)
