Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager based in Tampa, FL with some flexibility for remote work. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of asphalt and site development projects. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality control through inspections, and maintaining efficient logistics to meet project deadlines. The Project Manager must work closely with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely delivery of project components
- Strong skills in Inspection to ensure quality standards are met on-site
- Proficiency in Logistics Management for project efficiency and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Experience in construction or asphalt-related industries is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
