Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Licensed/Board Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in wound care to provide home-based patient care.

• Provide in-person evaluations and management for patients with acute and chronic wounds in home, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities.
• Perform medically necessary debridement and procedures within CMS guidelines.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and handle contaminated equipment appropriately.
• Document services in EMR to ensure proper billing according to CMS guidelines.
• Use clinical judgment to assess, diagnose, prescribe treatments, and promote patient safety.
• Prescribe care plans, treatments, and medications.
  
  

Requirements: Master’s Degree, Montana RN license, Nurse Practitioner certification, WOCN certification or eligibility, 3 years wound care experience, valid driver’s license.
