Critical Care Float Pool Travel Nurse provides expert ICU and step-down care across diverse hospital units. The role involves floating between high-acuity settings to assess patients, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatment in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Duties Include

• Delivering advanced critical care nursing in ICU and step-down environments
• Managing ventilated and medically complex patients
• Using cardiac monitoring and emergency response skills
• Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
