Role: Substance Abuse Counselor
Responsibilities: Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions; complete intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork; develop and document psychosocial and treatment plans; perform at least 20 hours of direct patient contact weekly; educate patients on treatment and recovery steps; obtain urine drug screens and patient identification; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address clinical needs; ensure confidentiality and protect proprietary data.
