We are seeking a full or part-time Mental Health/Substance Abuse Counselor at our inpatient treatment facility in Nebraska City, NE.
Our clinical team uses a holistic approach, incorporating modalities like Self Love, Spirituality, Psychodrama, and Trauma Recovery.
Responsibilities include counseling individuals/groups, developing treatment plans, setting goals, preparing reports, educating families, facilitating referrals, and documenting treatment. Knowledge of ASAM criteria and DSM-V is required.
Qualifications include prior experience in counseling or social work, ability to build rapport, compassion, and strong communication skills. Preference for candidates with behavioral health or mental health experience, and licensure as a Mental Health Professional or certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor.
