- Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes individualized therapy programs.
- Works closely with healthcare team members.
- Maintains accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid license to practice speech-language pathology with authorization in the relevant state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required within 90 days of hire.
- Experience & Certification:
- 1 year of speech therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with home health and pediatric populations advantageous.
- Certification/licensure in speech-language pathology necessary.
