Speech-Language Pathologist, SLP

We are hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Watsonville, CA.

Responsibilities Include

• Conducting evaluations and developing individualized therapy plans
• Documenting progress and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families
• Participating in care planning and mentoring SLP assistants
  
  

Qualifications

• Active California SLP license
• Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
• New graduates welcome; experience preferred
• Knowledge of PDPM, Medicare, and SNF regulations
