We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Part-time/PRN role to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients' homes.
Working with patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, illness, surgery, or dementia, the SLP will conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the care team, and document progress in the health system.
Requirements include current SLP license and a valid driver's license.
