Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a patient-focused role in an acute care setting.
- Utilizes the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, care planning, and treatment execution.
- Coordinates care with other departments, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by team members and ensures adherence to standards.
- Performs duties such as vital signs monitoring, IV therapy, medication administration, wound care, and pain management.
- Provides postoperative and preoperative care, along with telemetry monitoring and infection control.
- Maintains accurate documentation in EHR/EMR systems.
- Graduated from a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license and BLS certification required; additional certifications like OCN may be needed based on unit.
- Preferred minimum of 1 year RN experience.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements during shifts.
