Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate treatment strategies
- Administer prescribed medications and provide health education
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and support clinical leadership
- Participate in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery and support lifelong learning
- Recent clinical respiratory care experience in hospital, home care, or skilled nursing settings
- Minimum of one year hospital experience preferred
- Successful completion of hospital and departmental orientation
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
- Licenses and certifications: RRT, BLS within 14 days of hire; ACLS preferred
