Respiratory Care Practitioner (CRT)

This role provides comprehensive respiratory therapy care for patients across all hospital departments, supporting patient outcomes through collaboration with healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include interpreting physician orders, performing various respiratory therapies, managing ventilators, conducting bedside lab tests, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

It requires

• an Associate's Degree or Respiratory Therapy certification from a CoARC-approved program,
• licensure as a licensed RCP,
• certification as a CRT,
• and completion of essential certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS.
  
  

Experience of at least one year in respiratory therapy is preferred.

Skills include strong communication, basic computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Additional duties involve documentation, quality control, equipment management, patient education, and ongoing professional development.
