We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in TOULON, IL for part-time evening shifts (6pm-6am), working one weekday and every other weekend.

The RN will provide high-quality, collaborative care, including

  • Residents assessments
  • Care plan development in collaboration with healthcare team
  • Coordination with IDT to improve health outcomes
  • Supervision of CNAs
  • Ensuring compliance with IDPH/CMS standards

Qualifications: Active Illinois RN license, LTC experience preferred, strong communication, and leadership skills.
