Registered Nurse (RN) - Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee resident care, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care plans to deliver high-quality, safe care. Key responsibilities include supervising LPNs, CNAs, and other staff, assigning work based on resident needs and staff capabilities, managing staffing levels, and handling staffing concerns. The RN also conducts performance evaluations, participates in hiring and disciplinary decisions, and oversees unit operations in the absence of management, using independent judgment within company policies and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in long-term or sub-acute care preferred
• Current RN license and CPR certification (or within 90 days)
