- Performing the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
- Delivering relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, involving patients and families in care planning.
- Maintaining current clinical standards and ensuring effective communication across care teams.
- Coordinating and documenting safe, quality care, supporting performance improvement initiatives, and participating in research activities.
- Serving as a preceptor or mentor to promote workforce development and a healthy work environment.
- Upholding organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including safety goals.
- Participating in protocol development, resource management, and data collection to improve patient outcomes.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with technology and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, emergency situations.
