Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Assess patient conditions, recognize deviations, and plan/evaluate care
- Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately
- Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as a team member to meet unit goals
- Associate degree in nursing required; BSN within 5 years
- Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association
