Registered Nurse - Outpatient Oncology Infusions

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team. Acts as a frontline representative, facilitating communication between patients, families, providers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.
• Monitor patient conditions, collaborate on care plans, and document assessments and interventions.
• Advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns, providing education, and maintaining patient satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational change for better outcomes.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Mentor and support the growth of colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professional standards.
• Contribute to shared governance, uphold confidentiality, safety, and integrity, and support recruitment efforts.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
• Valid RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
