- Independently utilizing knowledge of anatomy, physiology, positioning, and radiation physics to capture accurate images
- Confirming clinical data, obtaining patient histories, and minimizing radiation dose
- Providing emotional and physical support to patients and effective communication within the healthcare team
- Recognizing equipment issues and performing other departmental duties as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program and registry eligible
- Licensed as a radiologic technologist in Massachusetts, with CEU documentation
- American Heart Association BLS certification; ACLS may be required based on specialty
- At least one year of radiology technologist experience
- Knowledge of imaging technologies, electronic health record systems, and exam scheduling
