Radiology CT Technologist (Weekend)

The CT Technologist performs computerized axial tomography procedures using various imaging equipment and contrast materials, ensuring accurate patient exams in accordance with protocols. They prepare and administer contrast agents, review patient history, and recognize adverse reactions, including allergic responses. Responsibilities include acquiring high-quality images, reviewing cases with radiologists, and maintaining safety standards for patients, visitors, and staff. They may instruct students and new staff, assist with other modalities, and perform duties of a CT Lead or Imaging Coordinator when needed. Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or Radiologic Technology certification, valid licenses and certifications (BLS, Radiologic Technologist license, ARRT registrations), and at least one year of radiology experience.
