Seeking a Pharmacist Resident for a post-graduate residency program in an institutional setting, designed to enhance pharmacy practice skills beyond entry-level competence in accordance with ASHP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive pharmacy training and clinical practice
- Develop expertise in pharmaceutical care, drug knowledge, IV compounding, and medication management
- Engage in patient-centered, high-quality pharmaceutical services
- Graduate from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy college
- Obtain Washington Pharmacist License or Intern Registration upon hire
- License must be obtained within 120 days or as per program policy
- Preferred: PharmD, hospital pharmacy experience, computer literacy, drug and IV knowledge, compounding skills
- Full-time, day shift, 40 hours/week
- On-site position in a healthcare facility offering advanced clinical programs
