Women’s Health Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Document assessments, treatments, and progress in the medical record
- Active state physical therapist license
- Pelvic health experience or specialized training preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation planning skills
