We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
Responsibilities include managing complex patients, aiding in return-to-work and functional restoration, collaborating with providers, and communicating with employers. Treatments will be both surgical and non-surgical for work-related injuries, with active case management.
Qualifications include experience with work injuries, state licensure, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
Compensation is based on a revenue share model. The role offers flexible scheduling and requires malpractice insurance.
