We seek an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift, complementing your practice.
Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical teams on both surgical and non-surgical treatments for work-related injuries. You will communicate with employers and participate in case management, making a meaningful impact on patient recovery.
Qualifications include experience with work injuries, licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Must have malpractice insurance.
