- Expertise in Orthopedic Medicine, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery

- Proficiency in medical documentation and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MD or DO degree with valid Pennsylvania medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Hospital or community healthcare experience is preferred
