Occupational Therapist (Behavioral Health)

Occupational Therapist providing person-centered, evidence-based therapy within behavioral health and human services programs.

• Evaluate functional abilities and assess participant needs to guide clinical decisions.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions that support independence, safety, and community participation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with public-sector agencies and serve diverse populations with compassion and accountability.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement through feedback, data-informed practice, and adherence to best practices.
