Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Columbus, IN, to join a leading wellness clinic specializing in hormone therapy, athletic recovery, and weight management.

• Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients seeking hormone optimization, weight loss, and recovery services.
• Perform patient evaluations, administer injections/IV therapy, and monitor progress to adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications while ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, cohesive care.
• Qualifications include an Indiana NP license; experience in hormone or functional medicine is preferred.
