Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our cardiovascular healthcare team.

• Provide comprehensive patient care across acute, outpatient, and geriatric settings.
• Conduct physical exams, develop treatment plans, and administer medications, including injections and IV infusions.
• Specialize in cardiovascular disease evaluation and management.
• Utilize EHR systems, with familiarity in eCW preferred, and engage in telehealth consultations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for case management and discharge planning.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and ensure patient confidentiality.
  
  

Requirements include valid NP or PA license, experience in cardiology, proficiency in medical coding, and excellent communication skills.
