Nurse Manager

We are seeking a compassionate *Nurse Manager (RN or LPN)* to lead our nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

• Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver resident-centered care.
• Coordinate daily operations, staff scheduling, and clinical rounds.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, and ensure safety and infection control protocols.
• Participate in utilization review and manage care transitions.
• Provide staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain accurate documentation.
  
  

Qualifications include an active NM RN or LPN license, at least 3 years of clinical experience, prior leadership preferred, strong communication skills, and EMR experience. BLS certification is required. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits, with a preference for candidates in or willing to relocate to Alamogordo, NM.
