- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of technologists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Perform complex interventional radiology procedures, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety
- Maintain adherence to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
- Oversee imaging equipment operation, maintenance, and quality control, including fluoroscopy systems
- Coordinate equipment readiness, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Prepare patients, explain procedures, and address concerns
- Monitor patient vital signs during procedures and respond to changes appropriately
- Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology
- At least 5 years of interventional radiology experience and 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Current ARRT Radiography (R) and Cardiac-Interventional Technology (CV) certifications
- Current BLS, ACLS, and Heartsaver CPR certifications
