Nephrologist

Seeking a Nephrologist to join an interdisciplinary team providing consultative and comprehensive care in outpatient, nursing home, and hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with kidney disorders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with specialists such as cardiologists and hematologists for holistic care.
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in ongoing education.
  
  

Skills

• Strong knowledge of pathology, geriatrics, hematology, and cardiology related to nephrology.
• Proficiency in care planning and familiarity with CT imaging.
• Basic life support certification and understanding of behavioral health issues.
