Mobile Crisis On-Call Counselor (degreed) - Eyerly Ball

Seeking compassionate Mobile Crisis On-Call Counselors to provide community-based crisis intervention in designated regions within a 1-hour response area.

• Position is PRN/on-call, offering flexible shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a) with on-call pay of $3.25/hour.
• Responsibilities include on-site crisis support, intervention, documentation, and coordination during emergency calls in clients' homes or community settings.
• Qualifications: High school diploma or higher; 1-2 years of behavioral or mental health experience depending on education; valid driver’s license; ability to respond promptly and work effectively with diverse clients.
• Skills include strong communication, empathy, professionalism, multitasking, and teamwork. Reliable transportation, internet, and equipment are necessary.
