Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate with registered nurses
- Collect patient data and assist in care planning
- Administer medications and intravenous therapy following regulatory guidelines
- Provide patient education and reinforce health teaching
- Participate in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery
- Complete assigned goals and ongoing educational activities
- Minimum IV therapy training per state regulations
- Computer literacy
- Licensure: BLS certification within 14 days of hire; LPN, MS-IV certification, and relevant state-specific IV therapy training
