Licensed Mental Health Professional (MHP)

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional in a correctional facility, you will conduct intake evaluations, develop treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and implement suicide prevention techniques for inmates.

• You must be actively licensed in Wisconsin with a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least one year of experience in mental health treatment, preferably in correctional or hospital settings.
• Your responsibilities include screening, assessments, crisis intervention, medication coordination, staff training, and documentation, ensuring inmates receive appropriate mental health care.
