License Clinical Social Worker

Seeking a Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to develop and implement therapeutic treatment programs for residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, educational, and vocational growth.

• Responsible for creating a positive living environment, overseeing routines, and coordinating leisure activities.
• Supervises Youth Counselors, facilitates staff training, and ensures effective communication among staff.
• Prepares 30-day assessments and quarterly reports, and interprets psychiatric consultations for staff.
• Leads milieu group meetings, participates in group therapy, and develops individualized school programs, serving as a liaison with educational staff.
  
  

Qualifications include a Master’s in Psychology or related field, LCSW or LMFT certification, and experience in residential settings working with emotionally disturbed or pre-delinquent children, preferably pre-adolescents. Strong judgment and behavioral modification skills are essential.
