LCAS/LCSW/LCMHC

This full-time position involves conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.

Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining accurate documentation with ICD coding, monitoring treatment progress, and offering case management services to connect clients with resources.

Requirements

• Valid license as LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC (training available for provisional licenses)
• Experience with substance use disorders and behavioral health assessments
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and medical coding standards
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
