- Travel within the service area to administer infusion treatments safely and compliantly
- Assess patient suitability, including home safety and caregiver support
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, plans of care, and clinical assessments
- Establish and access vascular devices, administer medications, and monitor responses
- Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and therapy outcomes
- Support staff training and serve as a clinical resource when needed
- Active RN license in Iowa
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- At least 1 year of RN experience supporting infusion or IV therapy
- Ability to work independently with good clinical judgment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel
- Experience in home infusion
- Familiarity with EMR platforms and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of infusion nursing standards and healthcare regulations
- Strong communication, organization, and teaching skills
