Family Nurse Practitioner

Seeking a dedicated Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Lebanon, VA.

Responsibilities include

• primarily managing Pain Management patients with a secondary focus on Primary Care,
• conducting physical assessments and medical histories,
• developing care plans,
  
  

and managing chronic conditions like pain, diabetes, and hypertension.

Qualifications include

• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing,
• current Family Nurse Practitioner certification,
• state licensure,
  
  

and experience in pain management and electronic health records.

Position offers pay from $70/hour, with bonus and overtime opportunities.

Hours and days are flexible; relocation before starting is required.
