- Provide patient care Monday-Friday with a balanced schedule of 36 hours clinical and 4 hours administrative time, supporting work-life balance.
- Manage a patient panel with a team of physicians, a pharmacist clinician, and Certified Diabetic Educators, focusing on diabetes, thyroid, and other endocrine conditions.
- Experience with insulin pumps preferred; onboarding and training provided; EMR system used is EPIC.
